Www.DJNorie.blogspot.com officially went down so that we could celebrate our launch in style this past Wednesday in NYC.
Tastemakers, Industry, artists and notable Caribbean Personalities all gathered in Negril's downtown Manhattan to help Norie celebrate 6 months on Power 105.1FM, and launch his new management company TN Media and Management, and his new Music Marketing service Spin Publicity. He also unveiled his new Ad for VP records own "Riddim Driven" clothing in this months YRB Magazine, and his new feature in WhereItzAt Magazine. Guest were treated to performances by Black Market Music's own Shamira Taylor, MaxaMedia's Meryl Carter, and a special performance of "Patron Riddim" by Lee Carr featuring DJ Norie. Shout out to our event sponsors Nuvo (gotta get that pink drank!) WhereItzAt Magazine (heyyy Chris), Riddim Driven Clothing, Power 105.1FM (DJ Norie's Anything Goes 8-10pm Sunday!) Ms. Raine Inc, and Negril Village. Special Thanks to ShowcaseNYC (Prince your the greatest!) and Johnny Wonder and Laden who came by to bless Norie with a congradulations.
The event was a complete sucess, and there was nooo fuckery to discuss, *giving the Monster Twins some serious side eye*. Here are some pictures from the event..
